Our guest house accommodation in South Shields is just a few minutes drive from Shaftesbury Avenue, South Shields - the location of UK Trades Training.

We have welcomed 100's of guests who have undertaken courses at the training centre including floor & wall tiling, kitchen fitting, painting and decorating, bricklaying, photography, plumbing, plastering, locksmith and ELC forces resettlement courses. Our room rates include free wifi and full English breakfast is avaialble from 7am. For evening meals UK Trades Training is situated directly opposite a Tesco supermarket so you may like to buy something to bring back and cook in our guest fridge and microwave. Alternatively we are about five minutes walk from dozens of pubs, restaurants and take-aways. We are happy for guests to bring food into the guest house.

Parking is unrestricted and unmetered right outside our guest house and we accept all major credit and debit cards with no surcharge.
