10/10 for value and overall standards. Nothing... unless they could've controlled the weather conditions. The staff where extremely helpful/friendly/un-intrusive...nothing was a hassle to them...stayed there when so called "beast from the east" snow arrived and was allowed to stay extra night when I was stranded... clean room, clean bathrooms... cooked breakfast made to order. Excellant value for money and wouldn't hesitate to book again... no complaints from me!!

Had a lovely night stay. The cleanest place I have ever stayed in. Breakfast was very nice plenty of options, only met one member of staff, June, who is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
